Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the PRISM mobile game and website ("PRISM", "we", "us") handle information when you play. We built PRISM to collect as little as possible.
Information we collect ourselves
None that identifies you. PRISM has no accounts, no login, and no sign-up. Your game progress - levels completed, stars, hints, streaks and settings - is stored only on your own device (in local storage) and is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app or clearing its data erases it permanently.
Advertising
PRISM shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, which can include:
- your device's advertising identifier and general device information;
- your approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address;
- ad interactions, such as which ads were shown and whether they were tapped.
This data is handled by Google under its own policies, not ours. You can read how Google uses this information here:
Your choices (including EU / UK / Switzerland)
Where required by law - including the EU, UK and Switzerland - PRISM shows Google's consent form the first time you play, so you can choose whether ads are personalised. You can change this choice at any time from the app. You can also reset your device's advertising identifier, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings under Google → Ads.
Children
PRISM is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us and we will address it.
Data security & retention
Because game progress stays on your device and we operate no accounts or servers that store personal data about you, there is no personal data on our side to breach, sell, or retain. Ad-related data is retained and secured by Google under its policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
